If this is an outside event, we require that our artists work under a porch covered or tented area, and on solid, dry, level ground. The cover should provide protection from extreme temperatures, sun, rain, snow and excessive wind. Tents should be STAKED and WEIGHED to avoid endangering artists or equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service if this requirement cannot be met. PLEASE have an alternate indoor location for us in the event of inclement weather.
